Ninja Foods, ninja is one of the owner’s nickname.
What are your inspirations for being in the food industry?
Sharing delicious Lao Food with the world.
What were some of your challenges being a Lao business?
The most challenging thing we faced was starting up. Who do we ask on how to incorporate our business? Where do we get all the necessary license for our business, our building and our product? You kind of just learn as you go.
What advice would you give to someone based on your experience?
If you have an idea and after you’ve done all the necessary research for that particular business, jump in! Don’t let anyone tell you it can’t be done. It’s okay to have multiple failed businesses than to never have tried at all.
What's your favorite Lao dish?
