Bananaleaf Kitchen,as I remember in Laos we eat of banana leaf that how we came up with the name

What are your inspirations for being in the food industry?

There wasn’t enough Lao restaurant in Orange County

What were some of your challenges being a Lao business?

You can’t satisfy everyone’s either you love our flavor or you hate it

What advice would you give to someone based on your experience?

It’s been hard during the pandemic but you just have to work through it.

What's your favorite Lao dish?

Sticky rice, Laos sausage and Khao Soy
