What's the name of your business and how did you come up with it?
4 Elephants Catering/ Diner and the 4 represents 4 sisters and the elephant for us represents our country.
What are your inspirations for being in the food industry?
We all been in the food industry since we were 17 years old and for many of us still are.
What were some of your challenges being a Lao business?
Many people are afraid to try new things. Especially where we are located. In a more rural country area where people are use to fast food and traditional southern food
