THUM & THUM is a street food cart that brings the bold flavors of Laos to Los Angeles.
We make thum mak hoongn, or papaya salad -- a signature Lao dish. Spicy, salty, sour, sweet, with a little bit of funk, it's really quite delicious.
As part of the #LaoFoodMovement, we aim to share the food, culture, and history of Laos, a small country in Southeast Asia bordered by Thailand, Vietnam, China, Cambodia, and Burma.
